If you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. Submitting the form requires your consent to this processing.
Service providers
The form uses reCAPTCHA Enterprise to assess automated submissions. When enabled, form data is sent to Prefapp’s infrastructure on Amazon Web Services and email is delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service. See Google’s Privacy Policy and the AWS Privacy Notice.
Retention and your rights
We retain data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by emailing info@prefapp.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Prefapp must review this text before the form is enabled in production, especially retention periods and the channel for exercising rights.
